One door, and it's always open
We listen. That's not the line you stick at the bottom of a page because a page needs one: it's the single thing in this company we've never handed off to somebody else.
Customers write in to tell us what worked, and far more often what didn't — a label that made no sense, one step too many, an expectation that had no business existing. We read the lot. We answer nearly all of it. We've changed the whole journey inside a week off the back of a four-line message that landed on a Sunday night, and we've never once regretted it: one sharp criticism beats a quarter's worth of dashboards. Comes straight out of the zero-friction doctrine — though somebody still has to tell us where the friction is.
We're just as open to whatever turns up, in the broadest sense and with no filter on the front end: partners wanting age assurance without the identity circus, platforms trying to comply without turning sign-up into a help desk, publishers, researchers, journos, regulators. And of course the people who write in without asking for anything at all — to flag a problem, to pull us up on a decision we made in public, or to point out something we'd missed. That's how half this team got hired, and we're not about to change the method.
We don't promise a quick reply. We promise to read it.
Where to get hold of us
It's our only channel, and that's deliberate. No contact form, no field to fill in, no address to leave with us: we don't want an inbox we'd then be responsible for looking after, and you've got no reason to hand over your details just to ask a question. Publicly or in the DMs, whichever suits — but on your turf, on a platform you already use, and not on ours.
