One door, and it is always open

We listen. This is not the sentence you drop at the bottom of a page because a page needs one: it is the single thing, in this company, that we have never delegated to anyone.

Our customers write to tell us what worked, and far more often what did not — a badly chosen label, one step too many, an expectation that had no reason to exist. We read everything. We answer almost everything. We have changed the journey within the week because of a four-line message received on a Sunday evening, and we have never regretted doing so: one precise criticism beats a quarter of metrics. It follows directly from our zero-friction doctrine — though someone still has to tell us where the friction is.

We are equally open to opportunities, in the broadest sense and with no filter applied in advance: partners who want to integrate age assurance without integrating identity, platforms looking to comply without turning sign-up into a service desk, publishers, researchers, journalists, regulators. And, of course, the people who write to us without asking for anything — to flag a problem, to challenge one of our public decisions, or to suggest something we had missed. That is how half our team was hired, and we have no intention of changing the method.

We do not promise a fast reply. We promise to read.

Where to talk to us

@FranceMajorite on X

It is our only channel, and that is deliberate. No contact form, no field to fill in, no address to leave with us: we do not want an inbox we would have to be the keepers of, and you have no reason to hand over your details just to ask a question. Publicly or by direct message, whichever you prefer — but on your ground, on a platform you already use, and not on ours.

France Majorité — Malta. Founded in 2023. Still independent.
