You pick whichever method puts you most at ease, our team proves its age on your behalf, and your access is unlocked. You literally have nothing to do.
They all lead to the same place: accounts certified as adult, without your face or your ID ever having to travel. You will pick yours at step 3 of the journey, and you can change your mind later.
You book a thirty-minute slot during office hours. On the day, a certified agent guides you for five minutes: the verification QR code appears on your screen, the agent scans it themselves, and it is their age that answers for yours. You share nothing in advance — not a username, not a document.
You tell us which sites are concerned and the username you use there. The password is never typed on our website: in accordance with the GDPR we do not store it — it will be requested later, at the exact moment of verification, through our secure messaging. Should the site require two-factor authentication, an agent contacts you to complete the process with you.
All you provide is a domain name. Our operators create the account there with a temporary address, validate your age with the site — that is where, and only where, verification takes place — then switch the email address over to yours. You get back an account in your name, already certified, without having entrusted us with any existing access.
In all three cases, it is our agents — all of age and fully vaccinated — who present their face, their fingerprints and their ID to the verification systems. Their identity gets passed around. Not yours.
Yes. The law requires proof that an adult is behind the screen; it does not say which one. No provision forbids getting help from a trusted contractor, nor asking them to create an account for you — and whatever is not forbidden is, by definition, legal. Our lawyers are adamant: they found nothing.
Never on this website: no field asks for it, at any step. With the video appointment and with account creation, it is not requested at all. With the confirmation of your existing accounts, it will be requested later through our secure messaging, at the exact moment of verification — then erased.
It is covered. Should a site require a second factor, an agent contacts you directly, by phone or through our secure messaging, so that you can pass on the code at the time of the check. You can also go for the video appointment: the question no longer arises.

Yes. Lending their face, fingerprints and ID is an explicit part of their employment contract, article 12, section "miscellaneous". They signed it, therefore they agree.

Video appointments open in thirty-minute slots, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. The other two methods are handled on working days during the same hours, excluding lunch breaks and Swiss public holidays.
